Below are several different sizes of Home and Garden Chippers, Mulchers. These Chippers and Mulchers are easy to move around your garden. You do not have to drag cuttings from where you are working.
It will depend largely on your garden size and needs as to which Chipper you will need to choose. I will endevore to comment on each machine based on my experience of having owned a few.

1.5hp Electric Wood Chipper Leaf Mulcher $939
For a small to medium sized gardens this is the ideal Mulcher.
It has a wide feed shoot which enables you to feed large amounts of leaves for easy mulching.
It plugs into your standard 110 volt outlet. You will need a good heavy-duty extension cord of less than 100 ft as this unit draws 14 amps of electricity.
There are no hassles with gas or oil. It turns on with the flip of a switch. It can be used inside your garage, basement or hothouse.
